The warm welcome from Lubna made me feel at home right away, and the junior suite upgrade was a delightful surprise, fitting for a king!
The breakfast service was quite slow, with limited staffing resulting in long wait times for food.

absolutely dreadful experience, the bedding was poor, honestly how do you even call those pillows? also, the rooftop bar wasn’t operating. Can you imagine? A 'premium' price for a subpar stay without basic amenities! I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t when no one even catered to my needs. Unbelievable.

The designs throughout the property are charming, capturing a distinct local flair with beautiful tile work and a serene atmosphere. The large bathroom in the King Suite is a standout feature, offering ample space to freshen up.
The King Suite was surprisingly cramped for three people, making it tough to maneuver luggage, as the only window opened into a corridor and couldn’t be properly shut. The breakfast service was limited to one staff member, which can lead to long wait times. plus, the basic offerings didn’t quite meet expectations given the overall ambiance. the advertised spa amenities like a heated pool or sauna were either non-existent or poorly managed, with the internal pool too cold to use.
